We walk side by side with you, supporting your goals every step of the way.
About Us
No two people are the same, and neither is the care we provide. We carefully match you with qualified, caring Support Workers who understand your needs and share your values. From social outings and transport to complex in-home care, every service is designed to promote independence, confidence, and connection.
Community and belonging are at the heart of what we do. Our programs encourage inclusion, participation, and friendships that last, because everyone deserves to feel valued and supported. We celebrate every milestone, big or small, as a testament to the potential within each individual.
At Me and You Care Support Services, we are committed to creating a world where people of all abilities are respected, supported, and empowered to thrive.
At Me and You Care Support Services, our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities through personalised, flexible, and compassionate support that enhances everyday life. Founded on genuine care, integrity, and meaningful human connection, we are dedicated to delivering services that make a real difference.
We believe support should reflect who you are; your goals, strengths, and preferences — which is why we take the time to truly understand what matters to you. Whether you need help at home, personal care, assistance getting to appointments, or support to access your community, our team is here to make life easier, safer, and more fulfilling.
Our Vision
"Side by Side," reflects our deep commitment to access and inclusion for all individuals. We aspire to create a future where every participant possesses the confidence, skills, and support necessary to live life on their own terms.

Our Values
We provide high quality disability, mental health and children’s support services that empower individuals and families through compassionate care, meaningful connections and evidence-based practice.
Me and You Care Support Services are proud to be an inclusive organisation, welcoming people from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander peoples and the LGBTQ Community.
Together, we work towards a brighter, more inclusive future for everyone.
Why a Bird?
Why did we choose a bird to represent Me and You Care Support services?
A bird, in the context of mental health and disability, is a metaphor for the unique ways people move through the world—highlighting their freedom, vulnerability, diversity, and resilience. It expresses that each person has their own way of navigating challenges, just as each bird has its own way of flying, surviving, or adapting.”
Our Story
At Me and You Care Supports, we are fuelled by our passion as support workers who genuinely want to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. Our mission is simple yet profound: to help each individual become the best version of themselves every single day. We recognise that every person has unique needs, and we are committed to providing personalised support tailored to those needs.
Understanding that support requirements can vary greatly from day to day, we take the time to assess what each client needs at any given moment. Whether it's help with household tasks such as light household cleaning, cooking, or organising, or assistance with administrative duties like paperwork and scheduling of appointments, we ensure that our clients receive the right support for their specific situation.
Additionally, we believe that life should not only involve responsibilities but also enjoyable experiences. Therefore, we offer opportunities for fun outings, allowing our clients to engage in activities they love and explore new interests. This holistic approach ensures that our clients experience a balanced life that incorporates both practical support and leisure.
Ultimately, our commitment is to make every day meaningful for our clients, providing the support they need to thrive in their daily lives. We are here to listen, understand, and deliver the best care possible, ensuring that each day is exactly what our clients need it to be.
